Leasehold Officer ( TEMP 6 MONTH CONTRACT) Location: St Helens but will require travel to other offices on occasion. Salary: £34,363 About the Role As a Leasehold Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, comprehensive service to Torus leaseholders, shared owners, Rent to Buy tenants, and freeholders. You'll manage a varied caseload, support customers through key processes, and ensure our statutory and contractual obligations are met. This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same - from managing Right to Buy applications to supporting shared ownership re-sales, arrears recovery, and leasehold queries. What You'll Be Doing You will: Manage Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA) applications through to completion, including eligibility checks and discount calculations.
