PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
- Full-time Leasing and Operations Personnel who will handle the day-to-day activities in lease administration and mall management.
- Ensure lease-related programs are carried out in accordance with the local and statutory standards, as well as business objectives of Tutuban Properties Inc.
- Supports the pro-active lease marketing of the malls in terms of merchant mix/plan and maximizing occupancy.
