 Job Title: Leasing Coordinator (m/f/d)

Based At: Wertheim Village

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Leasing Director in his work by fulfil daily tasks with him

  • Consistently updating of all Remerchandising Documents (Maps, Remerch. Plan, Agenda/Minutes, Pipeline call)

  • Coordination of Meetings (Presentations, Catering, Timing, Rooms, Invitations)

  • Track the Leasing Timelines and dates

  • Take Minutes of every Leasing Meeting

  • Preparing Info packages, HoTs (internal and external)

  • Close communication with Legal, regarding new Documents (Insurance, Bank Guarantee, SEPA)

  • Preparing internal Presentations (Openings, JLD, Unit offers)

  • Set up Legal Document

  • Checking if external maps (Village Maps)

  • Updating SharePoint

  • Monthly Bank Reporting

  • Updating Salesforce
