Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for achieving leasing targets, managing lease transactions, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants, unit owners, brokers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned leasing revenue and collection targets.
• Manage leasing for new and existing clients from inquiry to move-in.
• Market rental listings through open viewings, social media, virtual tours, and other strategies.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct property inspections, and facilitate lease negotiations.
• Coordinate lease applications, documentation, and execution of lease agreements.
• Manage broker relations, commissions, and network expansion.
• Handle VIP clients, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Safekeep property inventory and keys and attend required meetings and company activities.
