Our Developer client are looking to add a Residential Leasing Specialist to their growing team! You will be responsible for the full leasing cycle for a Residential new build in Surrey.

Meet with prospective tenants and respond to any inquiries/questions

Conduct showings of vacant units with prospective tenants 

Conduct move in and move outs

Market and advertise units

Inspect units and prepare for showings

Draft residential leases

Confirm and process rental applications

Collect fees, such as security deposits
