Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of leasing strategies for retail, F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality components in line with the overall positioning and brand vision of Tersane Istanbul.
- Conduct market research and identify potential tenants, brands, and concepts that align with the destination strategy.
- Participate in negotiations with local and international brands, retailers, and F&B operators under the guidance of senior management.
- Assist in tenant mix planning and analysis to enhance destination appeal, guest experience, and commercial performance.
- Support the preparation and administration of commercial agreements, including turnover-based leases and hybrid leasing models.
- Manage leasing processes from lead generation and prospecting through contract execution and tenant handover.
