Role

We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic and switched on Legal Assistant to support our litigation legal team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting correspondence, costs agreements and costs disclosures
• Preparing court documents and other related documents and forms, e.g. by‑laws, sales contracts
• Filing court documents
• Liaising directly with clients, court registries, LPI and other parties
• Dictaphone typing
• Maintaining files
• Maintaining the database and updating spreadsheets
