Corporate / Commercial / Transactions A growing legal practice is looking to appoint a Legal Associate to support a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters across local and cross-border mandates.
Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documentation Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters Support M&A, investment, financing and restructuring transactions where relevant Conduct legal research, due diligence and provide practical legal advice to clients Liaise closely with clients, counterparties, regulators and external stakeholders Manage matters independently while working closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions
Requirements Singapore qualified lawyer with approximately 1–5 PQE Prior experience in corporate, commercial, banking, real estate or general transactional work preferred Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills Commercially minded, detail-ori...
