Forming part of the union ’s legal department, the Legal Caseworker reports directly to the Head of Legal Services and is in place to advise and assist members in connection with both contentious and non-contentious, employment matters and others casetypes as appropriate and where directed.
Community is a diverse union, supporting many members from across multiple sectors of employment. This highly professional position will lease and provide legal advice to members on employment and regulatory matters, and will take the lead in assessing, advising and progressing regulatory casework up to and including final hearings.
It will be desirable if you are a qualified solicitor or barrister or have experience in personal injury, criminal or probate law.

Salary: Starting at £36,139.60, plus benefits
