We are seeking a bilingual Legal & Compliance Analyst. This role will assist in contract management, implementing strategic compliance, ethics, legal and risk prevention programs, coordinating with external counsel, collaborating with technical, financial and operational teams to ensure all activities align with our compliance policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in legal and compliance matters within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Support
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, SPAs, DSAs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Support corporate governance processes, including document filing and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with external counsel on specific legal matters.
