About the Role

•Assist in providing legal services and monitoring of regulatory developments/updates and keeping the entities concerned well informed.
• Assist the Corporate Secretary in terms of managing the meetings and preparation of the minutes of the various management committees, Board and Committee meetings as well as act as Asst. Corporate Secretary for the Medicard and affiliates

Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs any or all of the following in various degrees according to the position’s job level:

Prepares legal advice and opinion to complex issues and concerns after careful research as may be assigned from time to time

Acts as legal counsel for Medicard and any of its affiliates in hearings before the courts as well as in quasi-judicial bodies and other administrative agencies such as the Office of the Insurance Commission...
