About The Role
Draganfly Innovations Inc. is seeking an experienced In‑House Counsel with 3–5 years of post‑call experience to join our growing legal team. This role will partner across the business to provide practical legal guidance on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and emerging technology matters. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on practitioner who thrives in a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, supplier and reseller agreements, NDAs, licensing, and government contracts
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters relevant to UAV operations, including aviation, export controls (ITAR/EAR, CGP), data privacy (PIPEDA, GDPR), and product compliance
- Support corporate governance, including board and committee materials, securities filings, and subsidiary management
