Legal Counsel

Beond is seeking a Legal Counsel to support our expansion across the region.

This role will lead on corporate set-up, governance and entity management for new jurisdictions, and handle day-to-day legal support across the business.

You will report into the Senior Legal Counsel and work closely with senior management.

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters including company law, corporate governance, restructurings, and transactions.


• Lead the legal set-up of new entities across the GCC, working with local counsel where required.


• Manage corporate governance matters and board correspondence, including board packs, resolutions, minutes and statutory filings.


• Maintain shareholder and share documentation, and act as the central point for company secretarial activities across the group.


• Lead the design and implementation of an employee share scheme.
