We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support across commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and cross-functional teams to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance matters
- Support corporate governance and board secretarial functions
- Research legal issues and provide recommendations
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience in financial services or fintech
