You’ll be responsible for the legal backbone of our operations — from fund vehicles to campaign terms, from local licensing to investor documentation. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work at the frontier of finance, sports, and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Deal Execution: Own the end-to-end legal execution of investment deals, including due diligence, structuring SPVs, reviewing term sheets, and coordinating with external counsel.
