The Role
As a Legal Receptionist of a mid tier National Law Firm, your duties will comprise of -
- meet and greet of clients and answering a switchboard
- making teas and coffees
- opening and closing files
- organising meeting rooms and restocking them
- Typing up Notices and using Excel
- Inbox Management
- Grocery orders
- Diary management and booking Zoom meetings
- Booking flights and accommodation
- Booking couriers and taxi's
- kitchen duties and general administrative duties
Your experience
You will have at least 2 years Receptionist experience. Law Firm experience is also essential.
