Legal Customer Support Specialist Bilingual
Location: Remote role must be physically located in Canada
Are you fully bilingual in English and French with experience in the legal field? This role is ideal for Law Clerks, Paralegals, or professionals with legal support experience who enjoy client-facing work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
In this position, you’ll support clients by handling inbound, warm-transferred communications, assisting with complex inquiries, and interpreting documentation while managing sensitive matters with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
