Lonza’s Legal Department in Basel (Switzerland) is looking for a legal trainee to support simple contracts review, mainly Confidentiality Agreements, for a duration of 12 months (fixed term) at 50%. It is usually possible to work distributed over all days of the week.

What You Will Do

• Main tasks are the responsibility for the internal database, including archiving of contracts and collaboration with Lonza’s external service provider and the creation, review and negotiation of simple and standardized contracts, mainly Confidentiality Agreements, for the various business units under supervision of the responsible in-house counsel.
