About the Team
Our Lettings Team plays a vital role in managing the allocation and letting of NCHA properties across 32 local authority areas, alongside garages and allotments.
We take a flexible, customer-focused approach to re-letting homes, using a mix of choice-based lettings systems, direct nominations and online platforms such as Rightmove to reach a wide and diverse audience.
We also manage Mutual Exchange and Tenancy Changes, providing clear guidance and professional support to customers throughout.<...
