Working with a diverse portfolio of quality properties across Kent, including beautiful countryside homes and rural lettings, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing applicant enquiries and property viewings
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Negotiating lettings and progressing tenancies
* Matching applicants to suitable properties
* Registering and qualifying applicants
* Providing outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
