The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator in our Hyde Park office. As part of the lettings team, you will ensure monthly and annual personal targets are consistently achieved through collaboration with other members of the team. It is an exciting time to join the business, and become established within our award winning team, as we embark on a new chapter of sustainable and ambitious growth.
Responsibilities
Meet, and strive to exceed, personal targets
Register all applicants and record key requirements from telephone conversations and face to face meetings
Arrange and conduct viewings
Issue offer confirmation letters that capture all agreed terms of a deal
Attend market appraisals if required and update all property particulars
Identify and work with the Lettings Manager to generate new business opportunities
Grow and develop existing clients
