Location: Kensington Office, Harding Green

Reporting to: Nick Carter, CEO
Salary: Available in advance of interview
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, primarily office based, with flexibility once established

The Role:

Harding Green is seeking a Lettings Operations Director to oversee and run the lettings operation across the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full responsibility for the day to day operational performance of lettings.

This is a senior, hands on operational role for someone who takes ownership and applies sound judgment to ensure lettings operations are managed smoothly, professionally, and to a high standard. The role plays a central part in maintaining compliant, commercially effective lettings operations and supporting agents across the business.
