Contractor Opportunity: Level 1&2 Customer Support Agents
**Location**: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)
GL.iNet is building a 20-seat call center of english-speaking customer support specialists to join our team as independent contractors via Deel/Oyster/etc. You’ll troubleshoot routers (OpenWrt/Linux), VPN configurations, and network issues for customers around the globe.
**What you’ll need**:
- Native-level or intermediate English for spoken support
- Experience or willingness to learn router admin panel configuration, TCP/IP fundamentals, VPN server/client configuration
**What we offer**:
