Overview
Our client is undergoing significant modernisation and requires a number of experience (Level 3) engineers for their modern workplace environment. As a Level 3 Engineer, you will provide advanced support across various platforms and technologies. This involves being the escalation point of onsite engineers, and you will work with vendors where appropriate to resolve business critical issues.
Desired Platforms and Environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune
- Experience in application packaging and mobile device management
- Solid understanding of on-premises and online Exchange environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Power Platforms
- Knowledge of Citrix and Horizon VDI
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
