- Long Term position About the Role Are you a passionate, dedicated, and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for an enthusiastic SEN EYFS TA to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Oldham area.
You will:
Support children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential.
Create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
