**Job Description:**
**Position Overview:**
The Harness Assembler is responsible for assembling wire harnesses and sub-assemblies based on provided documentation or harness boards. Responsibilities include various assembly tasks, such as testing, inventory management, winding leads, crimping wire terminals, soldering, and operating test equipment such as hi-pot testers. The position requires flexibility to rotate through different work cells within the department as needed.
