Availability: Up to 30 hours per week Luxer Ones Package Liaison team is seeking a professional, organized, and customerfocused individual to support package management operations at luxury apartment communities. As a Package Liaison, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned properties within your region. You will visit each site multiple times per week to ensure smooth, efficient, and residentfriendly package operations. What Youll Do Provide inperson, verbal and written assistance to residents with packagerelated questions or issues Log newly delivered packages into the propertys automated package management system Ensure all packages are promptly scanned into the Luxer One software system Label, sort, and organize packages to maintain a clean, easytonavigate package room Identify aging or unclaimed packages and email residents with pickup reminders, including notice of returntosender deadlines for stale packages (typically 48 hours, depending on property p...
