Drawing on at least two years of previous experience as a Licensed Administrative Assistant/Wealth Manager Assistant in a financial services firm, the candidate must possess meticulous attention to detail, a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and be responsible, self‑motivated and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Process and follow‑up on security transfers & transactions, including liaising with the trade desk and back office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients.
