IBM is seeking a professional to lead change management strategies for Finance and Accounting processes in a large-scale digital transformation involving SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role requires strong experience in financial processes and significant interaction with CFOs and other finance executives.

In this position, you'll manage organizational changes, design tailored interventions, and ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes while working from our delivery center in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
