Position Summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Customer Service Leader to supervise day‑to‑day activities of the customer service team, including interpreting customer requests, monitoring performance and delivery, investigating complaints, negotiating pricing and discounts. This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate oversight of customer accounts; overseeing exception pricing and intervening when necessary; ensuring escalated customer problems are resolved; supporting reporting of customer service metrics; supervising team members; and assigning and prioritizing team member tasks.
