Job Title: Lifeguard - Lake George. Location: Lake George, NY (various beaches and aquatic facilities). Summary SGA is seeking observant and safety-minded lifeguards to join our team at the best beaches in the Lake George area. You will help ensure the safety of visitors, enforce rules and policies, assist with swimming lessons, maintain facility cleanliness, monitor pool temperatures and equipment, and respond to emergencies as needed. Responsibilities: Oversee activities at designated aquatic facilities and beaches. Explain, enforce, and model safety rules, regulations, and policies to patrons. Monitor swimming areas for signs of danger; warn swimmers about unsafe conditions. Enforce policies on showers, attire, and facility conduct; maintain order in swimming areas. Assist with swimming lessons and provide guidance as appropriate. Inspect swimming pool areas, locker rooms, and restrooms to maintain cleanliness and safety.
