Job Responsibilities Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guests in the events of emergency Provide emergency care and treatment as required till the arrival of emergency medical services Ensure PPE (personal protection equipment) is being used when performing First Aid on guest Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of guest service Ensure that the Pool Environment is kept clean and well-maintained Maintain a high standard for the appearance and cleanliness of the pool, the pool deck area, and the turnstiles Work closely with Pools & Recreation Management team and other related departments to ensure guests' requests are followed through Be conv...
