Job Responsibilities- Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guests in the events of emergency
- Provide emergency care and treatment as required till the arrival of emergency medical services
- Ensure PPE (personal protection equipment) is being used when performing First Aid on guest
- Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports
- Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of guest service
