About the role
As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping vibrant, resident‑centred wellbeing programs and leading a passionate team of lifestyle therapists to bring meaningful experiences to life. You'll inspire and coordinate staff and volunteers, elevate the quality of therapeutic activities, and champion a truly person‑centred approach guided by the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and support lifestyle therapy staff to deliver meaningful activities.
Assess resident needs and develop person‑centred lifestyle care plans.
Design, deliver and evaluate individual, small‑group and large‑group activity programs.
Coordinate resources, schedules and volunteer involvement to support daily operations.
Support residents to participate, build connections and enhance their wellbeing.
