Join us on an exciting journey with IWS and become an integral part of our operations as a Line Lead reporting directly to the Operations Department Manager. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in achieving the line’s safety, quality, cost, and production targets, driving excellence across all aspects of performance. 
You will be responsible for the Line results, equipment, and operators and will also manage the scope of the Process and Technical leads. 
You will:
Lead line performance, equipment, and personnel, driving continuous improvement across all areas.
Cultivate high-performing teams through effective engagement strategies.
Oversee shift teams, managing performance, discipline, attendance, rosters, holidays, and training requirements.
