The role involves managing hardware lifecycle activities, break/fix operations, server provisioning, firmware upgrades, basic network support, and infrastructure maintenance across global data center environments. Key Responsibilities Manage server hardware incidents, break/fix activities, and maintenance operations. Working on Hardware issues closely with to Linux environment. Coordinate with vendors, remote hands, and data center teams for repairs and deployments. Provision and deploy servers using DHCP, PXE, OS installation, and validation processes.
