Responsibilities:
Managing and assisting with commercial litigation matters from commencement through to resolution.Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, correspondence, and other court documents.Conducting legal research and preparing advice for clients.Managing discovery, evidence gathering, and interlocutory processes.Preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and hearings.Appearing in court and attending procedural hearings where appropriate.Liaising directly with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.Assisting with settlement negotiations and dispute resolution processes.Maintaining strong file management and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
