About the Company
Our client, a well-established and respected boutique litigation firm is seeking an Estate Litigation Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of estates and trusts litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, factums, legal opinions, and other court materials
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy for complex estates disputes
- Attend examinations for discovery, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances (virtually and in-person as required)
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
- Independently manage files while meeting all deadlines and professional obligations
- Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives where appropriate
