Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our litigation practice. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, or Santa Monica. Candidates should have completed a judicial clerkship or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Prepare documents for discovery and trial
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses
- Assist at trial and appellate proceedings
- Manage case files and documentation
- Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel
