Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Handle eviction, unlawful detainer and general civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
+ Advise clients on landlord-tenant issues and related disputes.
+ Support litigation matters involving real estate and construction-related issues.
+ Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
+ Appear in court, hearings, mediations, and related proceedings.
+ Manage case strategy, deadlines, and client communication.
