As a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on contractual disputes. The work will include claimant and defendant matters across commercial contracts, consumer contracts, misrepresentation, professional negligence, construction disputes and other contract-related claims.
