Job Description
Oversee drafting, review, and filing of legal documents and maintain case records
Handle skip and fraud matters, including loan defaults, EMI non‑payment, and against company/employee‑related cases
Execute police liaisoning and on‑ground legal proceedings
Manage court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations, coordinating with external counsel
The Successful Applicant
