Litigation Legal Assistant

Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP has an opening available for a Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join the Costa Mesa office. This position is full-time, non-exempt, and a hybrid position (one (1) day work from home after 45 days), with hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements:

This position requires solid knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures with a strong litigation background that includes e-filing and heavy and hands-on calendaring experience. Must have knowledge of preparing tables of contents and authorities. Must have excellent proofreading and writing skills, and great attention to detail.
