A well-established and growing firm in the East Riding of Yorkshire is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy dispute resolution team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious matters, including:
- Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation
- Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and general commercial matters
- Handling cases from pre-action stage through to trial or settlement
- Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements...
