Responsibilities

• Manage backend operations for live video shopping sessions with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate end-to-end live session activities including product curation, session preparation, and post-session order processing
• Assist video shoppers during LIVE sessions to ensure smooth flow and customer engagement
• Support order placement, tracking, and delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
