The position involves completing administrative tasks and coordinating front‑line operations such as data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and providing local customer service. Majority of time spent on office‑based activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform various customer service, administrative, and office tasks requiring direct or indirect interaction with customers.
• Assist customers with package tracking, answer product and sales questions on the counter or over the phone.
