Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) configuration, including creating and maintaining analytical packages and custom test lists, and managing regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support special IT projects to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues such as printer connectivity, remote connections, and network problems, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT and laboratory teams to integrate LIMS with other systems and workflows.
