We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled LMS Specialist to support our Learning Pool platform. This role will focus on configuring and maintaining the LMS, assisting instructors with course development, integrating Learning Pool with enterprise systems, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for staff and learners. The LMS Specialist will also provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist the LMS Administrator in setting up and configuring courses, user roles, and platform features.
- Advise on and implement eLearning best practices, leveraging SCORM/xAPI standards.
