As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Involves FIELD WORK. Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance
- Meet company target for recoveries
You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:
- Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.)
- Previous work experience is not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
