Loan Servicing Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
The Loan Servicing Supervisor is responsible for the daily support of the loan servicing team.
This role will include new hire and ongoing team training and mentoring.
In addition, this position will be responsible for account research, assumption job duties, daily KPI reporting, and team's adherence to daily KPI's, escalations and will assist leadership with process enhancements and innovations.
